  • 1 cup Zone PastaRx Fusilli
  • 1/2 cup Red onion (minced)
  • 3 Dill pickle spears (minced)
  • 1 Tbsp Dr. Sears’ Zone Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 Tbsp Lemon juice (fresh-squeezed from 1 lemon)
  • Dash Salt & Pepper (to taste)
  • 2 oz Light tuna in water (chunk, drained)
  • 2 Tomato (halved, then sliced)
  • 12 leaves Lettuce

  1. Prepare Zone PastaRx Fusilli according to package directions. Set aside to cool.
  2. Mix the minced red onion, pickles, olive oil, lemon juice, Salt & Pepper together.
  3. Stir in chunked tuna along with tomato and cooked fusilli.
  4. Serve on a bed of lettuce.
