Straight from the ocean, enjoy light chunked tuna with red onion, dill pickle, tomato and flavored with lemon mixed with fusilli, all over a bed of lettuce.
- 1 cup Zone PastaRx Fusilli
- 1/2 cup Red onion (minced)
- 3 Dill pickle spears (minced)
- 1 Tbsp Dr. Sears’ Zone Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 Tbsp Lemon juice (fresh-squeezed from 1 lemon)
- Dash Salt & Pepper (to taste)
- 2 oz Light tuna in water (chunk, drained)
- 2 Tomato (halved, then sliced)
- 12 leaves Lettuce
- Prepare Zone PastaRx Fusilli according to package directions. Set aside to cool.
- Mix the minced red onion, pickles, olive oil, lemon juice, Salt & Pepper together.
- Stir in chunked tuna along with tomato and cooked fusilli.
- Serve on a bed of lettuce.
