  • 18 Frozen Dark Cherries
  • 1 tablespoon Raw Organic Cacao Powder
  • 2 scoops Zone Protein Powder
  • 3/4 teaspoon Turmeric
  • A generous amount Cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract (or almond flavoring instead)
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tsp Dr. Sears Zone Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoon 0%-Fat Greek yogurt
