Quite refreshing smoothie with berries, mandarin oranges, and a touch of mint. Perfect for a spa day or if you just want something tasty.

- 1/2 cup Blueberries
- 1/4 cup Mandarin oranges canned - in water
- 1/2 cup Strawberries
- 2 tsps Mint leaves - (good for your stomach) to taste
- 3 tbsps Slivered almonds
- 3/4 cup 0%-Fat Greek yogurt
- 1/3 cup 2% Milk
- Touch of Stevia, optional
Total Fat 11g
- Blend all ingredients.
- This should fill you up for 4 hours easily. Use frozen, fresh, and canned fruits (in water). If you want it thicker, use ice; thinner water. Add just a touch of stevia if the fruit is a bit sour.
