An occasional indulgence, smoked salmon, cream cheese and fresh tomatoes piled high on a rye cracker are reminiscent of bagel and lox—but so much healthier.

- 1 Wasa, Light Rye Cracker
- 1 Tbsp Low-Fat Cream Cheese
- 1 oz Smoked Salmon
- 2 slices Tomato
- Salt and Pepper (to taste)
- Spread cream cheese on a Wasa cracker.
- Place salmon on top of cream cheese.
- Top with tomato slices.
- Sprinkle tomatoes with salt and pepper.
