  • 4 leaves Romaine lettuce - torn
  • 1 Tomato - sliced
  • 1/2 Cucumber - sliced
  • 1 Avocado
  • Sprinkle Garlic
  • Sprinkle Salt & Pepper
  • Dash Lemon Juice

Instructions

  1. Cook Boca burger in microwave, per package directions.
  2. Place the cottage cheese on a bed of lettuce, sliced tomato and cucumber.
  3. Add the burger and spread guacamole.

Gacamole:

  1. Take 1 ripe avocado, mashed
  2. Light sprinkle of garlic salt, pepper, and dash of lemon juice.
  3. Mix together.
