Quick Applesauce Snack
Such a simple breakfast or snack: unsweetened applesauce with low-fat cottage cheese, cinnamon and slivered almonds. Yum!

- 1/4 cup Cottage cheese, low fat
- 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
- 1 1/2 tsps Slivered almonds - toasted
