Dill Lime Salmon
Salmon poached in sparkling water with citrus flavors makes for a fresh tasting dinner.

- 1/4 lb Zucchini - sliced, baked on grill
- 1/4 lb Summer squash - sliced, cooked on grill
- 1/2 Onion - rings
- 2 Tomatoes - chopped, baked on the grill
- 1/2 tsp Dr. Sears' Zone Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Celery salt
- 1 tsp Basil dried - or italian seasoning
- Ground pepper - to taste
- 1 1/2 cups Sparkling water - lime flavored (NOT sweetened! Calistoga is a good one)
- 1 tbsp Dill Weed
- 1 tsp Celery salt
- 1 tsp Onion powder
- Salt and pepper - (to taste)
- 4 oz Salmon
- 1 cup Frozen brussels sprouts

Instructions
- Cut vegetables and arrange on enough foil to make a large pocket to grill them in.
- Drizzle with oil, sprinkle with spices and make pocket with foil. Put on grill rack for about 20-25 minutes at 350°F.
- While vegetables are cooking, bring sparkling water and seasonings to a boil and add salmon.
- Poach for approximately 3 minutes, spooning water and seasonings over salmon.
- Turn salmon and poach for an additional 4 minutes or until salmon is cooked through.
- Serve with a side of Brussels sprouts cooked as package indicates.
