- 1 cup Cucumber - chopped in chunks
- 1/4 cup 0%-Fat Greek yogurt
- 2 tsps Cashews - chopped
- 2 tsps Fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tsp Finely chopped fresh dill
- Slice the cucumbers.
- Toss with yogurt, cashews, lemon juice and dill.
