A simple breakfast that makes a pretty bowl of red, white, and blue.
- 3/4 cup 0% - Fat Greek Yogurt (approx. 18 g of Protein)
- 1 cup Strawberries
- 3/4 cup Blueberries
- 9 Almonds - Sliced
Total Fat 11g
- Place frozen berries in a microwave-safe bowl and defrost in microwave (or just take out the night before and put in the fridge).
- Stir or blend in Greek yogurt.
- Top with almonds.
