Use Pasteurized liquid egg whites instead of water pumps of the protein 5 g looks great after that I have another serving the liquid egg whites poured on the muffin for moisture another 5 g of protein maybe two servings poured onto the muffler you have a total of 30 g of protein definitely works great that’s the way I do it it’s awesome
