The key to fat loss is balancing the protein-to-glycemic load of a meal.  That will generate greater satiety, which means you are less hungry and cutting back on calories becomes much easier.

The breakfast was OK, but the lunch and dinner could have generated more nutrition with greater satiety.  I have always said it is possible to follow the Zone Diet using fast food, although your choices may be very limited.
