Oyster and soy sauce combine for a different taste for the green beans.
In a large pan, heat oil over medium-high heat. Stir in the garlic, ginger, and red pepper flakes. As the garlic and ginger begin to sweat, add green beans. Toss to mix, cover and reduce heat to medium-low. Steam for 5 minutes. Add 1/4 cup of water if necessary. Remove cover and increase heat to high. Add soy and oyster sauce and stir for two minutes more or until sauce thickens. Serve warm. Note: Each serving contains about 3 grams of fat and 7 grams of carbohydrate.
