A great way to get kids to eat tofu.
It's always been a challenge to get children to eat tofu. I tried a lot of different ways but had no luck until I disguised it in a marinara sauce and blended in other protein, such as beef or chicken. Much to my surprise, it worked, and now they love it!!! Heat olive oil in medium sauté pan. Add garlic, tofu, and sliced chicken breast or turkey tenderloin. Brown everything, then add tomato sauce, string beans, onion, salt and pepper. Cook for 15 minutes.
