Experiment with different spices.
Arrange lettuce on a serving plate or in a portable bowl with a snap-on lid. Top with remaining vegetables, tofu, garbanzo beans and egg, arranged in concentric circles around the plate or in sections. Top with feta. Whisk mayonnaise, water, mustard, soy sauce and spice (or alternative) in a small dish. Stir and then pour over salad. Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until later. Have some blueberries with a dollop of yogurt.
