A tasty way to serve ground turkey.
Make the Lemon-Cilantro Slaw according to the recipe. Set aside. Combine the turkey breast, carrot, scallion, sesame oil, chili garlic sauce, peanut butter, ginger, salt and pepper in a mixing bowl and combine thoroughly. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and spray lightly with olive oil cooking spray. Form the turkey mixture into 3 burgers. Cook the patties for about 6-9 minutes per side, until cooked through. Make the sauce while the burgers are cooking. Stir together the mayonnaise, cilantro, and chili garlic sauce to taste. You may want to thin the mixture a bit with water so that you can drizzle over lettuce wraps. Serve the burgers with the cilantro-chili mayo in lettuce leaves. Enjoy an apple.
