A taco salad without the shell
Rinse and dry lettuce and tomato; chop. Set aside in a bowl large enough to hold everything. In a skillet, which has been sprayed with cooking oil, brown ground turkey, jalapeno, 1/4 cup salsa and Mrs. Dash spice. When the turkey is cooled, add it to the lettuce along with black beans, 1/4 cup salsa, guacamole and lime juice. Drop a 1-tablespoon dollop of plain low-fat yogurt on top. Have apple for dessert.
