Includes recipe for Zoned Pepper Relish
In a medium sauté pan heat the oil. Sauté onion for 2-3 minutes. Add vinegar, garlic, paprika, turkey, and salt and pepper. Sauté until onion is tender. In a medium bowl combine Zoned Pepper Relish, apple, and chili powder. Spoon relish onto serving plate and top with turkey and drizzle with extra virgin olive oil.
