Hearty beef and bean dish
In a medium sauté pan, heat stock, spinach, onions, tomatoes, beans and seasonings. Sauté 5 to 7 minutes until crisp-tender. In a second sauté pan heat remaining oil and sauté steak until cooked to the desired degree. Place steak on one side of the dish, vegetables on the other, and garnish with kiwi slices.
