Recipe uses ground turkey.
In a large non-stick sauté pan with cover, heat oil over medium heat. Sauté onion and green pepper in oil for 5 minutes or until onion turns translucent. Add turkey and cook through. Add chili powder, cumin, salt, and garlic powder. Cook another 2 minutes. Stir in the water, tomatoes and kidney beans. Cover and simmer 10 to 30 minutes to blend flavors. Serve in a bowl sprinkled with grated cheese. Have some grapes.
