For people who have a taste for chili but don't have too much time to cook
Brown ground turkey breast in a large skillet with olive oil and onions. Add tomatoes, kidney beans, chili peppers and spices into skillet with turkey and mix. Bring to a boil. Turn to low setting and simmer for 15 minute, stirring occationally. Top each serving with 1 teaspoon of extra virgin olive oil. Enjoy a small apple.
