Hot chili sauce gives this recipe its kick.
Spray skillet with olive oil cooking spray over medium-high heat. Add raw cashews and let soften about 5 minutes. Add chopped onions, peppers and water chestnuts, stirring to keep from burning or caramelizing. Drizzle soy sauce and teriyaki sauce over veggies and cashews. Add bite-sized chicken pieces to mix and combine to cover with sauce. Cook chicken thoroughly, then add ground ginger and minced garlic. Stir an additional 30 seconds. Remove from heat, stir in mandarin orange sections and serve.
