In a medium nonstick sauté pan, heat 1 teaspoon oil. Add chicken, 1/2 cup onion and Worcestershire sauce. Stir fry until chicken is done. Remove to a plate and keep warm. Heat remaining oil in sauté pan. Stir in remaining onion, garbanzo beans, plum tomatoes, spinach, stock, garlic, oregano, and salt and pepper. Sauté until spinach begins to wilt. Place vegetable mixture on serving plate and top with chicken
