In a mixing bowl place first nine ingredients. Combine and form into four patties. Spray burgers with olive oil. Sauté burgers in a nonstick skillet over medium high heat until cooked through (or cook on the grill). In a large bowl combine spinach, lettuce, chickpeas, onion, tomato and mandarin orange sections. Add balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Season with salt and pepper. Toss to coat.
