Whisk egg, milk, 1 teaspoon olive oil, celery salt and Mrs. Dash seasoning in a small bowl. Heat remaining olive oil in a small skillet. Add egg mixture and cook, lifting edges to allow uncooked egg to flow underneath. When egg is set, add crab and scallions; fold omelet in half. Cover and let omelet heat through. Serve on plate, topped with salsa and a bowl of berries.
