Preheat oven to 350ºF. Rinse and pat dry chicken. Cut into strips. Dip chicken strips into egg whites. Roll dipped chicken in sesame seeds. Place coated strips on nonstick cooking oil-sprayed baking sheet. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes, turning after 9 minutes, until chicken is done (It must be white, not pink, inside.)
