Quick, one-pan dinner
Heat 1 teaspoon oil in medium nonstick sauté pan. Sauté turkey with onion, cider vinegar, and lemon herb seasoning. Sauté until turkey is heated through. In second sauté pan heat remaining oil and sauté mushrooms for 3 to 5 minutes. Add remaining ingredients and sauté until liquid is thickened. (Mix cornstarch with a little water to dissolve it before adding to saucepan.) Spoon mushroom mixture onto serving plate and top with turkey.
