Nice mix of vegetables
Spray a medium sauté pan with olive oil cooking spray. Combine salmon, egg, salsa and dill. Sauté until heated through. Spray a second sauté pan with olive oil cooking spray and heat olive oil and fish stock on medium heat. Add onion, snow peas, water chestnuts, mushrooms, Worcestershire sauce, vinegar, celery seed and mustard. Sauté until vegetables are tender. Combine salmon mixture with vegetables and serve.
