A simple one-pot meal
Cook vegetables according to package directions. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, add wine, lemon juice, and garlic. Bring to a boil and reduce to half of its original volume. Lower heat to a simmer and add shrimp and parsley and cook until heated through. Plate the vegetables and top with shrimp mix and slivered almonds. Drizzle the extra virgin olive oil over everything on the plate. Have 1 small apple each.
