No breading in this traditional dish
Season chicken with salt, pepper and garlic powder to taste. Add olive oil to skillet and heat to medium/high. Cook chicken until done. Transfer to a baking dish. Cover each chicken breast with 1/8 cup of sauce, 1/8 cup of cheese and dashes of herbs. Bake in oven until cheese is melted and slightly browned. Heat the squash and sauce with spices to taste in the microwave oven and serve it with the chicken.
