Nut butter may be substituted for tahini.
Heat a skillet sprayed with cooking spray to medium, cut the chicken into bite-sized pieces and brown one side. Add the artichoke hearts and flip the chicken (the other side will brown in the artichoke marinade). Add tomatoes, garbanzo beans, and spices. Simmer covered for 15 minutes, then uncover and let the sauce reduce if watery. Stir in tahini or nut butter and serve.
