Canned lentils are a good addition.
Heat a Wok or deep pan over high heat until very hot. Add olive oil and vegetable broth and swirl to coat bottom of pan. Add garlic, ginger and onions. Quickly sauté ingredients, stirring continuously to prevent burning. When lightly browned, add in broccoli and sauté for a couple minutes. Then add the peppers, bok choy and mushrooms and sauté for another 2 minutes. Add in snow peas, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce and Tabasco. On dinner plate place cooked salmon on top of warmed lentils. Add stir-fried vegetables and garnish with a sprinkle of sliced scallions to finish plate.
