Salmon poached in sparkling water
Cut vegetables and arrange on enough foil to make a large pocket to grill them in. Drizzle with oil, sprinkle with spices and make pocket with foil. Put on grill rack for about 20-25 minutes at 350°F. While vegetables are cooking, bring sparkling water and seasonings to a boil and add salmon. Poach for approximately 3 minutes, spooning water and seasonings over salmon. Turn salmon and poach for an additional 4 minutes or until salmon is cooked through. Serve with a side of Brussels sprouts cooked as package indicates.
