Tofu is certainly not bland in this lively dish.
Spray a medium sauté pan with olive oil spray, and heat 1/2 teaspoon oil. Blend in Worcestershire sauce, celery salt, and tofu. Stir fry until browned and crusted on all sides. In a second nonstick sauté pan, heat remaining oil and stir fry the asparagus, celery, garlic, hot pepper sauce, paprika, lemon herb seasoning, dill, and salt and pepper until vegetables are crisp-tender. Place lettuce on serving plate. Distribute orange segments over lettuce. Top first with vegetable mixture, then with tofu.
