Combine fruit and vegetables in large bowl. Season chicken breast and stir fry with cooking spray. Cube chicken breast and set aside to cool. Heat the gravy. When done, mix the gravy with tahini, avocado, sesame oil and peanuts for dressing. Add chicken to salad. Pour dressing and toss. If you like to eat a lot, this is the best way to satisfy your appetite.
