Feel freIf you like it hot, add hot sauce at the table. Instructions: Combine stew ingredients (except soy sauce/miso) in 3 1/2- to 4-quart slow cooker. Stir, cover, and cook on LOW 6 to 8 hours or HIGH for 3 to 4 hours, until pork is tender. Boil water in covered 2- to 3-quart saucepan fitted with a metal steamer basket over medium heat. Add cauliflower and broccoli. Cover and steam until tender, about 5 to 8 minutes. Meanwhile, mix dressing ingredients. Mix soy sauce into 1/2 cup of stew; add back to cooker and stir. Ladle stew into 4 large serving bowls and garnish with cilantro or parsley. Transfer steamed vegetables to a medium bowl. Toss with dressing, divide between 4 small bowls and serve.
