To simplify breakfast, cook the pears the day or evening before you need them. Mix the yogurt sauce and chill overnight. In the morning, assembling breakfast will be effortless. Remove core from bottom of pears with apple corer, leaving stem intact. Peel and arrange in 2 1/2 to 3 1/2-quart slow cooker. Sprinkle with grape halves and blueberries. Combine water, lemon or orange rind, and ginger, then pour over pears. Place cinnamon stick in the middle of the cooker. Cover and cook on LOW for 2 1/2 to 3 hours, until fork tender. Combine yogurt, extra virgin olive oil, vanilla and stevia. Stir and taste. Add more stevia if a sweeter taste is desired. When pears are cooked, cut in quarters from the top down and divide between 4 serving bowls. Evenly distribute cooking juices and remaining fruit among serving bowls. Top the fruit with yogurt mix and sprinkle with nuts. Variation *Replace pears with small baking apples.
