Beat egg whites stiff; add cream of tartar. Process oats in blender until a flour consistency (I do a couple of cups so I have on hand) and add to egg whites. Stir in remaining ingredients, except fruit, then fold in fruit. Cook until golden brown. Makes Zone-balanced pancakes that do not need butter or syrup. Submitted By: Pat H.
