Canadian bacon replaces the ham in this traditional breakfast.
Spray a large ovenproof skillet with olive oil Pam and sauté the onion and ham until onion is cooked golden; set aside. Preheat oven to broil. In a medium bowl, whisk together the Egg Beaters, olive oil, milk, dill, salt and pepper. Mix the cheeses into egg mixture. Spread cooled onion and ham evenly in bottom of the skillet and top with egg mixture. Cook on medium heat until the bottom sets. Place skillet under broiler and cook until eggs are set and golden brown on top. Remove from oven and set aside to cool. Mash 1/4 cup of the blueberries and mix the lemon juice, vanilla, and agave nectar in a small bowl; set aside. Add sliced fruit and blueberries to a large bowl. Pour sauce mixture over fruit and mix it up. Serve with the frittata.
