The crushed macadamia nuts make this breakfast delicious.
Mix lime juice and ginger in bowl. Place fruit in the bowl and toss. Meanwhile, on a plate place 2-3 romaine lettuce leaves. Place the cottage cheese in the center of romaine. Use pepper mill, placing a few grinds of black pepper and sliced almonds on top of cottage cheese. Arrange fruit around cottage cheese. Garnish with sprig of mint.
