Nutmeg enhances this tasty breakfast.
Add 2 tablespoons of water to cooked oats and microwave 2 minutes. Stir well to dissolve lumps. Add some more water if still too thick in 2 tbsps increments until you get the consistency you want. Add apple and microwave for another 20 seconds. Stir in protein powder, nutmeg, vanilla, stevia and top with chopped nuts. Have bacon on the side. Serve immediately.
