To speed up the process, purchase pre-sliced mushrooms and frozen onions & peppers (or buy them from the salad bar).
Heat 1 1/2 teaspoons of oil in a medium sauté pan. Sauté mushrooms, onion, peppers, vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, celery salt and dill. Cook until the vegetables are crisp tender, about five to seven minutes. Stir 1 teaspoon olive oil into Egg Beaters. Pour Egg Beaters and snow peas into skillet. Cook, stirring, until set. Remove from the heat. Sprinkle on Mrs. Dash lemon pepper and serve with a bowl of Mandarin orange sections.
